My husband and I selected Taqueria Sol Azteca for our wedding catering in 2022 and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The process was easy from start to finish, thanks to Frankie and his team. We met Frankie at his restaurant initially to talk through our vision and sample some of the amazing food items we talked about. We wanted a family style Taco/Burrito bar that included the best (award-winning!) Chile Verde I’ve ever tasted. We also had some non-negotiable requests that his team easily accommodated.

It was important for us to have vegan options which their menu already offers. I also have a food allergy to certain seed oils and Frankie was kind enough to use our requested oil in his restaurant the day of our wedding so we could eat the food carefree – I am forever grateful to him for that!

We also talked about wanting to do a nacho bar during our cocktail hour and Frankie went above and beyond to put an idea he had into action. He created a mobile nacho bar that had our guests coming back for more. It was such a unique and special experience, in addition to the delectable taquito cups dipped in their mouth-watering guacamole.

The dinner service was also fabulous. His staff was very friendly and they really took care of us. They even used some authentic Mexican serving dishes that looked gorgeous amongst our other decorations. Our guests were beyond excited to delve into the many flavors and options offered by the sol Azteca team. Wedding catering can be a daunting experience but with Frankie and his team on our side it was easy, affordable, and absolutely delicious! I would recommend them for any and all events if you want to impress people with beautiful aesthetics and scrumptious food.
